every woman wants to have a nice body. They feel confident if they are slim. If you are overweight and want to reduce your weight, yo can follow these tips. :)
1. Try to diet with a friend. You will encourage one another to stop snacking, and you can prepare low fat, and low cal meals together.
2. Dont eat in front of TV, because you may lose track of how much you eat.
3. Take part in regular exercise program.
4. Use small plates.
5. Avoid using sugar and salt as much as possible.
6. Keep a supply of fresh fruits and vegetables already cut up in the refrigerator.
7. Drink 8 glasses of water per day. (if you like, add a slice of lemon, lime or orange to add flavour).
8. Stay away from fad dieting. Most of them cause more harm than good.
9. Dont completely deprive for yourself of the food you like. For instead, reward yourself with a small portin when you have been good.
10. Try to tape a photograph from a model you admire on the door of refrigerator.
